A vinyasa flow that links breath to movement; transitioning from one asana to the next, in a challenging yet light-hearted sequence, focusing on remembering to be true to who you are deep within the heart.


Give yourself the permission to let go, recharge, and relax in this 1 hour  fully passive yoga class. In our yin practice we take the time to remind our body and mind to slow down, allowing the nervous system to calm. 

Pilates Mat and Equipment Sessions

With the help of the equipment and our own body weight, we focus on strengthening the body in a holistic way, challenging our bodies to move from the core.

 SUP Yoga/SUP Pilates 

An hour long session where we will work through the Pilates mat work/Hatha yoga poses on the boards, focusing on length, strength and balance. The instability of the board will show us in a new way how to engage our core and little stabilizer muscles. The class is open to all level students, and while although it is not necessary to have SUP or Pilates/yoga experience, it is highly recommended to have done at least one of the two. We will also take a short amount of time at the beginning of the session to go over very basic paddle technique to ensure everyone is comfortable on the water.

Privates, Duets, or Small Groups

Tailored to each individual to help them achieve their goals, whatever they may be, including: injury rehabilitation, strength training, muscle toning, or flexibility.
